Urban Warmth

This project began with a glance out the window. From the apartment, the Italian Cathedral rises with its timeless brick façade—an architectural presence that inspired the very heart of the interior design. The exposed brick walls inside the home echo that view, bringing the cathedral’s warmth and history into everyday life.

The design unfolds as a dialogue between heritage and modernity. Wooden textures and natural finishes soften the urban frame, while accents of yellow breathe light and optimism into the rooms. The living space becomes a stage: cozy, vibrant, and full of character.

The kitchen reflects the same philosophy—industrial-inspired, yet welcoming. Concrete-style cabinets and open shelves blend with wooden countertops, creating a perfect balance of raw and refined. The bar counter with high stools invites both quiet mornings and lively evenings, always framed by the story of the cathedral outside.

The bedroom and bathroom continue this narrative: intimate spaces where textures meet emotions. The vertical wood slats and soft lights in the bedroom create a sanctuary of rest, while greenery and natural tones in the bathroom bring freshness and harmony.

More than a renovation, this is a home that lives in dialogue with its surroundings. Inspired by the cathedral beyond its windows, it carries the story of the city into the private world of its inhabitants—proof that design is at its most powerful when it transforms daily life into a lived narrative.
